Growing up in South America, Natasha developed and nurtured a passion for fitness, health and well-being at an early age.
Her devotion to continual growth and improvement led her to explore personal training and nutrition while at the same time embarking upon a successful career in tap dancing. Upon coming to
the United States, she discovered her path to yoga. Soon after taking her first class, she became a certified Bikram instructor.
In 2003, she began studying with Tim Miller; she took his teacher’s training that year and has been
teaching Ashtanga yoga ever since. Natasha incorporates the lessons she learns from her own rigorous daily practice into her classes: her oft-repeated mantra is
“Practice, practice, practice!” She also inspires students by incorporating her yoga-inspired philosophy in every aspect of her daily life. Her classes themselves are an invigorating
combination of discipline and fun which focus on proper alignment, the building of strength, and individual improvement.
Her experience, energy, and enthusiasm inspire her students to grow stronger both physically and
